The first housing project of D-Land was a success, seeing that all units were sold out in less than a year. This empowered our new-generation employees to move forward with the second project called “Rinrada Oriental” on larger plots. Numerous types of residential units, such as two-story townhomes, three-story townhomes, commercial buildings, three-story duplex townhomes, and one-story detached houses, embodied the project.
BEING A NEW GENERATION
Being a new generation with a progressive mind, D-Land has always thrived on keeping its houses with functionalism that responds to customer’s needs, and modernity that sets them apart from others.
